Val Gamble is a SAG actress, screenwriter, skit writer, co-producer, casting director, stage emcee, and stand-up (and sit- down) comedy.
Val's talent grew from her love of music, witnessing the birth of hip hop, and her strong desire to be a female rapper at a young age. She started her career as a rap vocalist with Left Lane Productions, eventually landing artist/management deals with Electra and SBK Records. These connections led to her appearances in urban classic films like "House Party" and "Juice".

After taking time off for family and parenting, she moved to Orlando, Florida, in 2005. She began doing theater, which inspired her to form the performance troupe 'Just Playin'. Val is the creator of Gamble Entertainment, where she casts, co- produced, and customizes performances for personal and corporate events. Val’s representation includes 22Talent, Diamond Agency, and Benz Model and Talent. She has appeared in a slew of films, videos, television shows, print advertisements, and national and regional commercials for companies like Publix, ACE Hardware, Wawa, Amscot, Disney, Sea World, Burger King, and various Florida hospitals to name a few.

Her latest credit includes appearing as a supporting actress in the romantic comedy, “Falling For The Manny” as Corinne. She also can be seen in the second season of the OWN Network anthology series “Cherish The Day” as Shaleena. Val is also an ongoing emcee hostess for the “Hair She Grows” Natural Hair and Beauty Expo, Central Florida’s largest annual natural hair event. Off-camera, Val is a simulation actress with Advent Health Hospital and Publix Corporation, specializing in assisting in and healthcare workers and corporate employees in the Standardized Patient and Simulation Actor role.
As a playwright, director, producer, and actor, Val has worked on a variety of projects, including Beth Marshall Presents "Play In A Day," which won the 2021 Best Overall Play award, and Star 94.5's radio personality Monica May's "Spill The Tea" events. Val has performed for a variety of organizations, including Cox Media Group, Wells Built Museum of African Heritage, Kerouac House, University of Central Florida, National Urban League Headquarters, and Darden Headquarters, among others.
She also co-wrote the feature film script, “Bring That Beat Back", which was an official selection at the 2017 Hollywood Black Film Festival, National Black Film Festival, and Women in Cinema International Screenplay Competition.
