Observing and embodying human behavior through simulation-based environments.

About Me
I am a simulation actress and immersive learning professional working across healthcare simulation, performance-based training, and interactive learning environments. My work focuses on creating realistic, engaging scenarios that strengthen communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills in clinical, educational, and training settings.I currently work as a standardized patient and simulation actress with institutions including the University of Central Florida College of Medicine, Orlando College of Osteopathic Medicine, AdventHealth Hospitals, and Frontier Nursing University (remote). In these roles, I portray detailed patient cases that help medical and nursing students strengthen communication, professionalism, clinical reasoning, and bedside manner through immersive learning experiences.Alongside my healthcare simulation work, I also contribute to immersive communication training through the Emotional Intelligence Institute, supporting performance-based learning programs related to Department of Defense initiatives. In these fully remote environments, I perform as an avatar in virtual training scenarios from my home computer. My background also includes live performance, dance, character acting, facilitation, and interactive storytelling. I am a SAG-AFTRA actress with work in commercial, television, and film productions, and I enjoy work that blends communication, realism, creativity, and human connection.Across all of these spaces, I value authenticity, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and meaningful engagement. Whether performing on a film, television, or commercial set; inside a simulation lab; in a virtual training environment; or during live performances. I am passionate about creating immersive experiences that leave an impact.
Life Through Simulation
Life Through Simulation is a space for noticing patterns in human behavior, communication, and emotional response within simulation-based environments.

Reflections & Observations #1
Shifts in Communication.
Something I continue to notice in simulation-based environments is how quickly communication changes once pressure enters the situation.
People often begin calmly and confidently, but as the scenario develops, tone shifts, reactions become faster, and priorities start revealing themselves in real time.
What interests me most is not whether someone responds “correctly,” but how their communication changes once the moment no longer feels fully controlled or predictable.Over time, I’ve started paying attention to those small shifts more and more. They often reveal something much deeper about human behavior than the outcome of the scenario itself.
Reflections & Observations #2
One thing simulation environments reveal very quickly is how differently people respond under pressure, uncertainty, or emotion. The smallest changes in communication, body language, or tone often become the most noticeable parts of the interaction. What continues to interest me most is not only the scenario itself but also the human behavior unfolding within it in real time.
